Possible miscarriage

Went in for cramping and spotting/bleeding. They said either I’m already miscarrying or perhaps since I ovulated late in the cycle that maybe I’m just not as far along as I thought. Trying to stay positive but preparing myself for the worst.

Cant comment in anonymously, yes ultrasound was done, no ectopic but they didn’t see a yolk or anything. Bloodwork taken today for hcg and return Thursday or Friday to see if levels are going up or down
