How many of you mama having PPD?

Honestly I’m having break downs.I’m happy for being 2nd time mommy and deal with the emotions or maybe my hormones are changing!! My first pregnancy I never had PPD cause my ex. Keeps my mind out of it and think positive in life. Just Enjoy being a FT mommy back in 2017!! I don’t know I’m sharing this cause I’m not sure if anyone ever went through it😔

I had it with my eldest and have suffered prenatal depression through most of this pregnancy.
It's very common, but you need to ask for help if you're suffering, I don't remember much of the early months of my daughters life because I was in such a dark place and I could easily have left her without a mum at times, she was literally the only thing keeping me going.

I don’t have it this time yet, but I had it soooooo severely bad with my first and third. It’s pretty common and I wish people really prepared you for those feelings more than they do. But take my advice, please get help if it lasts for more than a month. I waited so long and I eventually had thoughts of harming myself every single day. Do not feel one bit of guilt for getting help for yourself. ❤️
