Sore boobs, lower back pain, cramps and AF

I really dont know why my boobs still hurt even after AF showed up instead of a BFP? I usually dont have all these symptoms together. As a matter of fact never felt anything on my boobs like the sharp pain and all until this month. Should I be worried.
