I know it is normal to have constipation in pregnancy. But my question is does any of you have really bad cramps and then the need to go (tmi) poo. I start to have really really bad abdominal pain and after that cramps which make me go to the bathroom. It is really bad pain and they say due to constipation your poo is supposed to be hard but my isnt, its mostly diarhea . Sorry ,gross i know 🤮

It makes me sit on the toilet for an hour,hour and a half and im scared to death that those cramps can hurt my baby or cause preterm labor Can they pleasee help????. I have this problem for a while now. Im in week 23
