Hey ladies my LO has a really bad diaper rash on just her butt/in between her cheeks. It’s not really open sores but it’s definitely red and irritated and possibly close to open sores. I swear it happened over night, I feel so bad.

But do you have any remedies? We are going to try a breast milk bath tonight but what else can we try? We have also been using Boudreaux butt cream too.
