Breakthrough in Therapy
Therapy is finally paying off! Today, I realized that I give & give to my 2 kids even when it’s hurts me because I have based all my decisions in life solely to be the complete opposite of my mother. And now, I feel like a complete dumbass! Freaking therapy man
I ended the session before I asked what do I do now😩. Anyone in a similar situation that can shed a bit of light?
