How do you tell the difference between cum and CM?

Gross, but for real. When you’re having sex basically everyday and supposed to be tracking CM, how do you tell the difference?!?! I feel like I leak cum for like a full 24 hours after every time we do it.

Semen will be more watery and won’t stretch like ewcm does. I had this question last month and found these answers deep into google 😂

If you’re having sex every day, then tracking your CM is kind of a moot point. 🤷‍♀️ But if you check it just prior having sex (almost a full day after the last time), it should be CM and not much semen left.

I’m reading a book that said you can do kegels to get rid of the semen about 30 mins after sex so you are able to check your cervical mucus the next day
