I have PCOS and have low progesterone naturally and I have been taking Prometrium since October. My doctor has me take it daily until my cycle starts and then I stop until day 12. My cycles have been relatively short and light lately, and like right now I feel like it is trying to start but it’s been more spotting and cramping for two days than really anything. Should I have counted this as the start of my cycle or just as spotting days?
