I’d love to hear what your day, and night looks like!

Sophie was a great sleeper at the start. She was a bit difficult to get to sleep but would then have 2-3 hour naps in her bassinet.

Now at 4 weeks she will only sleep on me, and wakes if I put her down, so we either have mum stuck on the couch or an overtired baby!

At night she often wakes every two hours and in the evening she struggles to go to sleep despite being fed, rocked etc
