I'm feeling really down about my temps. Am I out?
I could use some words of encouragement.😥

Too early to know. Keep going! Temps are still abkve the coverline so that's good. But for BBT, the Fertility Friend app is by FAR a much more superior app for BBT tracking!! The algorithms are way better ans chart is clearer to read. I suggest adding all your data to FF and swapping over to that app
