Ultrasound: Is this good?

They saw the GS & the yolk sac, no fetal pole PR baby yet but the tech said it's more than likely just days away, they just need to let me grow! 
By LMP I would be 5w5d. The doctor last Friday March 5 said I seemed to be a week behind. Is this normal?

Just had my ultrasound yesterday measured 4 1/2 weeks they saw gestational sac and yolk sac according to my 
Lmp I should have been 5 weeks 3 days so I’m measuring a week behind too they didn’t seemed concerned I have another appt in 2 weeks, keeping my fingers crossed for both of us.

I’m 6 week 1 day now a d I went at 5 week 5 days and they told me the exact same thing they said it’s normal and I should go back in 3 weeks to see a heart beat

Totally normal! Cells are multiplying rapidly at this point. You could go back in a few days and see something completely different! Fetus is typically visible around 6 weeks! May even see a tiny flicker of a heart beat. I saw mine baby’s at 6w+1.

Update*** just went and had my ultrasound and saw baby and heartbeat ♥️
My measurements went up as well 
I should be with lmp: 7 weeks 3 days and on today’s ultrasound I measured 7 weeks 
I hope this gives some of you girls hope 💕

Same here! I’m 5w6d according to the measurement of yolk sac, but only saw that and gestational sac today on ultrasound. No heartbeat yet. Go back in two weeks to hopefully see it 💓💓

Mine waa like that also i go back after 2weeks and its already 7weeks 1day with a heartbeat......its totally normal i think
