I am 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant and for past 3 days i am unable to sleep at night, i keep waking up to go toilet for a wee and i have been getting up about 6/7 times through out night to have a pee, i have no energy left, i go toilet alot through out the day even though i drink around 5 glasses of water, is this normal or not?

I wake up really tired and struggling to stay awake during day, its draining me out now and i dont know what to do anymore
