Hard poop
I’m 5 months postpartum And ever since I gave birth My bowel movements have not been the same I’m constantly getting constipated I’ve had hemorrhoids like three times or more. Every morning when I feel like I have to go I dread it. I don’t remember what it feels like to not hate going to the bathroom. Anyone else going thru this !
