Hello girls, how are you?

So I've been having these symptoms: swollen clitoris, red vulva, and a white clumpy discharge, no smell, no itchiness and no burning.

I went to the doc today and she didn't give me time nor explained things for me so I was wondering how should I apply the cream she prescribed because i'm supposed to apply it twice a day but what about when I go to the bathroom? How should I clean down there?

Also the cream is callef Saforelle, which wasn't what I expected because I searched online beforr and I found other creams that were prescribed for yeast infection and Saforelle wasnt one of them, anybody tried it out there? Was it helpful?
