Am I possibly pregnant?

Hello anyone,

I last time my period was Feb 6 or 7 to 13th,2021

And I noticed the period is missed this month and I did a test pregnant and twice negative yesterday morning, am I test too earlier? Or better waiting to try another test in few days or the next 2 weeks? I’m 35 year old.

I feel my breast tender, lots acne, tired all day, addiction more carving food. When I ask my husband I said please get order Thai for me? And he said why you want more order Thai? I told him I feel can’t help it.
