HELP Vaginal irritation, burning and itching

I dont know what us going on.. my OB has not looked down there since i told her.. theres no smell or discharge, just swollen, itchy and feels sore. Started at 30ish weeks. My OB said its just hormones and how he is laying.. said to put cold compacts on it. Itd just so annoying and does not feel good... has anybody ever had this happen to them before ??? What helped??
