Miscarriage Progesterone Levels .4

Hi everyone, august 2020 i was 4 weeks pregnant and had my progesterone levels tested and there were a .4. Could it be so simple that i need progesterone to have a sucessful pregnancy? Did anyone take progesterone before they were pregnant to help get them pregnant?
