Nipples leaking pregnancy
I’m 24 weeks and kept noticing I’m getting crusty little white things on my nipples they was pretty satisfying to pick off ngl so tonight I picked it off I’m always gentle and now I’ve noticed my nipples are actually leaking is this milk or do I have some sort of infection?? What should I do
