Help, what's wrong with my nipples

Yellow mark and small bump on right nipple and big bump on left nipple

I am 11 weeks pp, son had lip and tongue ties that were revised and breastfeeding is getting better but I still have damage or marks on my nipples. I'm just wondering if it is more than just damage such as an infection, and what I should do to get rid of it. I've seen my OBGYN as well as a lactation consultant, but no one really investigates it too much they are just quick to write a script without even looking at it. What are your thoughts?
