39 weeks pregnant and have pain on the left side of my vag and back of upper thigh like right under my butt. I had this before but on the right side lol what is this ?! Cause it hurts so bad to sit and when i wipe

Do you mean like your inner thigh?? 
This could all be nerve related , everything is always changing and your point of gravity has switched so your body is always readjusting. I would say a warm bath to help ease the pain
