Help? What app to trust

I'm currently not using ovulation straps. However I've always used glow and flow and they've remained in syn. Well since my miscarriage in February they are off by two days and fertility window is off as well. What should I do?

The app just uses the calendar method, which is a guess at your ovulation date based on averages. You should be tracking CM and BBT to get the most accurate data for when you ovulate.

They’re both just guesses. Neither are really trustworthy if your cycles are off

Start using opk's the next cycle. The apps don't know when you ovulate it only provides a guess that's 9/10 wrong.

I really like ovia! But they all use the same algorithm so without testing it might be a little off. But if you track CM or temp it will be more accurate after a few months
