Being pregnant and going to the gym
Ladies, what do you think? Is it save to continue to exercise in early pregnancy? I signed up to gym 2 months ago, mainly to go to aqua fit, body balance, and Pilate's. Do you think it is save to continue, i.e. 20-45 mins walk on treadmill, 45 mins of body balance and/or aqua fit 3-4 times a week. I plan to tell Instructor that I'm going to take it easy, so that they don't "push" me. Please share your experience. Thank u
