4 week symptoms?

What symptoms did you guys have at 4 weeks? I can feel my heart beating out of my chest a lot, and when I lie down I can feel my heartbeat in my uterus. Is this normal? My heart rate went up on average 10 bpm during my last pregnancy

I’m 4weeks today , I’ve been vomiting a lot lately (typically this baby doesn’t like McDonald’s as that didn’t stay down, weirdly it like kfc 🙈)

Absolutely nothing. My boobs hurt when my one year old climbs over me but that’s about it.

Shortness of breath and dizziness. That’s about it. Oh and moody 🥴

Only lots of cramping but that’s all I had at that stage, 5+2 today and still nothing more yet xx

Really painful sore breasts, tired all the time (I'm napping way more than normal), cramps, and some shortness of breath.
