I have ocd about leaving stains on a toilet, I’m cleaning it all the time. I live in a house share

And this morning, I’m on my period, I was in a rush and flushed the toilet but didn’t realised it didn’t go down properly so blood stained tissue was in the toilet. I received a very angry message from one of the other house members in a group chat and I heard people downstairs calling me disgusting. I’m so embarrassed I just wanna lock myself in my room and not come out
