Morning Moms ! Anyone else experience heartburn randomly throughout the day ? It’s 7:09am & i l’ve had heartburn since 5 this morning .. Anything i can do to prevent this ? It typically happens when I’m laying down or just waking up . I always feel like I’m going to throw up then i have that burning throat sensation .
