Anyone have any stories about nexplanon?

Ive been on it and its time is up. Ive gotten three periods in a row and then no period. Im not pregnant. (I test weekly.) Curious what people think of it.

I just recently got mine removed due to having a period for 4 weeks straight. The three year mark was going to be in October. I had the option to take the pill to help regulate my periods but I chose not too. I think it’s completely normal since the hormone is starting to decrease in amount so our bodies are trying to get back to normal!

The same thing happened to me when mine was almost up I was having full regular periods and was still having sex without protection regularly and I was good. 
Just make sure to get it replaced or a new form of birth control. But yea I’m pretty sure that’s a normal occurrence!
