In the beginning they felt exactly the same. From 4-6 weeks I felt like my period was going to start. The cramping stopped around 6-7 weeks and around 10 weeks I started having mild cramps and pressure feeling.

My entire first trimester felt like my period was about to start.

With my first, they didn’t feel different exactly, but they were much more mild than my typical period cramps. I had all other normal period symptoms leading up to when I was supposed to start, so I assumed I wasn’t pregnant and my only clue was the super mild cramps. Mine are usually REALLY strong.
