Couldn’t find baby in ultrasound ?!

So I am 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant . and doctor confirmed that I am pregnant he wanted to do a ultrasound only he couldn’t find anything at all on the ultrasound so they rescheduled me to come back in 2 weeks and he said we have to find something at the next apt. Do you think it’s to early to see anything right now? Or something is wrong ?!

Too early to see, don't know, why your doc even did an ultrasound.

It’s super early. Your egg was just fertilized. I’d expect to see more around 6-8 weeks and sometimes it’s even tricky. If it’s confirmed with multiple positive tests then you’re pregnant.

It’s wayyyy too early!! Even at 5 weeks all they saw was a sac for me! That’s why they normally wait until you’re 9 weeks to do ultrasounds
