HELP...anatomy scan gone bad?

I went in for a my anatomy scan yesterday and it didn’t turn out the way we wanted. Baby was measuring right on schedule however, the doctor didn’t see what he wanted to see. 
Apparently, I have a medium sized fibroid in the middle of my uterus. I’m guessing this is a big reason why he could see what he wanted. Baby was breech and he suggested the fibroid might get in the way of the baby getting into the right position for a vaginal delivery. 
He also didn’t see any liquid in the baby’s stomach, couldn’t get a good views of all 4 chambers of the heart, and couldn’t see the nose and lip well to look for cleft lip/palate. 
I am having a panic attack. Doctor told me to come back for another scan in 3 weeks. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO NOT THINK THE WORST FOR 3 WHOLE WEEKS? Any mamas go though the same and it turned out fine?

So the good news is baby is measuring just fine. Growth is always a healthy indicator.
Right now there is nothing wrong with your baby that the doctors could see.
The issue was that they didn’t get clear images. 
So I know how hard it is not to worry, but try not to think worst case scenario right away.
At my 20 week scan I was told my baby had a heart defect and they needed a better look. 
My baby was just fine. 
Ultrasounds are tricky. And if you need a c section because baby is breach then you will be prepared for it. 
Hope everything goes well. At this moment your babe is snuggled up in your belly and that’s important to remember.

I don’t have a good answer but I do know that baby being breach  means absolutely nothing. They can flip at any time. I’m 30 weeks and asked my doctor about baby’s position and she said it literally doesn’t matter bc they can flip back and forth at any time. So, definitely don’t worry about that part!

How many weeks are you? I believe anatomy scans can only be done between 18-22 weeks so waiting 3 weeks could be pushing it. 
I’d try to get a second opinion from another doctor.

I also have to get a second scan done at my 28th week appointment they couldnt get all the views of baby girl they needed and I guess she got irritated with the probe and rolled over on her side so I had to do a vag scan as well.
