Not necessarily—Maybe, maybe not. I get a pretty dark line when I'm only 4 weeks 1 day. The only way to know for sure is to have that first doctor visit. Or you could try that pregnancy test that tells you if your 2-3 weeks, 4-5 weeks, etc.
