while breastfeeding? i still eat the same things that I would normally eat and wondering if I should eat more healthy options.. I don’t eat horribly I love healthy meals but I haven’t been lately..

I wish I did. I have worse craving breastfeeding than I ever did while pregnant 😂 I eat whatever sounds good

Ya I eat healthy regardless of being pregnant, breastfeeding, or normal. Only thing that changes is the number of calories.

Ehhh lol. I’ve been getting this ravenous hunger and eat everything in sight. I also get more cravings than I did when I was pregnant 🤔

No 😂 not really. I eat whatever I want 😂 spicy is 99% of my diet, plus caffeine too
