Anyone else can't sleep?

App says I'm around 8 weeks (won't have our first appt for 2 more weeks). I get so tired during the day but as soon as I lay down for bed, I can't sleep! Can't tell if this is a symptom or my anxiety about the baby getting in the way.

Me! 🙋‍♀️ I have had pregnancy insomnia since week 5 and I’m at week 9+5 now. It’s been sooo hard! By 7:00 each evening I’m so tired I can’t stay awake and then I’m up every hour the rest of the night. It’s a not fun symptom of pregnancy. There’s not much you can take just Benadryl or Unisom.
