Protected sex no ejaculation

My bf and I had protected sex, he didn’t cum inside me and finished by himself since we both want to be extra protected, we checked the condoms by filling them with water and they had no holes, tears or leaks. I also never have sex on my fertile window to be extra cautious. I’m okay right? My period is supposed to come today and I’ve been having PMS cramps, acne and bloating these last few days. Please be understanding, I haven’t been able to get on birth control yet and condoms+pulling+fertility awareness are my only methods
