I really hate that my job makes you use PTO when you need a day off. And if your out of time then you can’t get off work..

We bust our asses for jobs that would replace us in a heart beat.

I had to be out for my uncles funeral after his unexpected death (I took it really hard & I was in no shape to work- I needed to be with my family)

I asked my boss if I could just not get paid for those days & she said NO I had to use PTO.

It just messes me up because I already have vacations planned & didn’t expect to have to use 16 of my house.
