What do guys expect when they lend you their jacket/hoodie?

I’m not dating him or anything like that, but I was FREEZING today, and my best (guy) friend gave me his hoodie to wear 🥺🥺 My question is- by me accepting it, did I signal anything? Is he expecting anything out of it? Or was he just being a great friend. Note- I like him (have for a while 😅) and I think maybe he might like me? Not 100%

bf and i give our jackets to our friends of they need them. doesn't mean anything since we don't do it on a romantic context. just being nice. whether it's the same type of deal or not depends on context, but this is a very trivial issue so i wouldn't get worked up
