Idk what we can do

My boyfriend was offered a job that he has go move for

We have both decided that we don't want to break up, but we don't want to do long distance either.

I'm in college, and was like "I can transfer schools to be closer and then it won't be long distance"

...

But he brought up that apparently they are talking about relocating him every 6 months and it isn't possible for me to transfer to a school each semester.

He said it's a good thing that I'd be willing to do that but he doesn't think that would work.

What can I suggest to him that we do?

I just don't know what to do.

I don't want to lose him...

I understand a lot of people are gonna say to finish school and I will find a way to do that no matter what. I just need help finding a solution so I can stay with him.
