Hey Momma's

I am exclusively pumping and have been experiencing sharp pain in my left breast . The lactation consultant diagnosed it as nipple thrush and gave be oral and topical medicine. It's been a week but the pain is still there all the time and it hurts more if I touch the breast.

It almost feels like a bad muscle pull. Anyone else experiencing the same ? How long did it take to treat ? Anything else that could be at play? I am still doing the massage and hot wraps just in case a there is a clogged duct somewhere.

Looking for suggestions been in pain for 2 weeks now
