My SO doesn't want to have sex with me.
He wants to wait til marriage. We arent even engaged yet. He says "don't worry, we'll be married in 2.5 years"
Meanwhile, he is crazy flirty, will rub up against me, make out, grab my hips, dry hump, and then be like nope not having sex.
I'm quite frustrated. He's a good guy. But I am starting to think he is just teasing me and trying my heart and emotions

I don't think it's messed up at all! Honestly I think it's really sweet and even more attractive when you find a guy so willing to wait for marriage. As to him flirting and going so far before stopping, just because a guy wants to wait for sex until marriage doesn't make him any less human with sexual desires. He can still be turned on and want sex! I'd respect his boundaries and enjoy what you have right now. My hubby and I waited for marriage to have sex and while it was super hard sometimes, it was also so worth it!! And we struggled with our desires even though we both knew we were waiting. We made out almost every time we said good night and it was so hard to leave when all I wanted to so was sleep with him. And his dedication to keeping us from sex only made me want him more. I'd talk to him about it if it's really bothering you but I think you've found a real special man!!

I would dump anyone who wants to "wait until marriage". Life is way too short for this kind of bs. And find a sexual match is so danm hard to find, almost impossible to marriage one by luck.

I’m not even apart of a religion that emphasizes this kind of wait til marriage and even I know he’s not “playing games” 
He’s a human being who gets horny, then reigns himself in to stay true to what he believes. There’s other ways to express sexual interest and let out some sexual frustration without actual sex. 
If you can’t handle waiting til marriage then leave him. But don’t ask the man to compromise his beliefs for you

Take it from somebody who waited until marriage. We did all this and when it got too heavy we stopped. We did this for 2 years. It was a religious thing for us. Maybe talk to him and ask him why he wants to wait so you can get a better understanding.

Personally couldn't do it. I would be way beyond sexually frustrated and I'd just leave. The way I see it if you wait there's a chance that there's no sexual compatibility and then you're tied down and unsatisfied. Which either leads to divorce, which can be messy, or an affair which would also end in a break up. Obviously there's a chance it could work but honestly I wouldn't personally risk it.

I'm sorry, but no man is going to remain in a relationship and entertain the idea of marriage with someone just to play around if they're not having sex. That's just silly. Plenty of men, however, will do the opposite. Have all the sex they want with no intention of ever marrying you.
