milk coming out of breasts? 😳

so i had my son 3 years ago on feb. 14th. for the first 10 weeks, i pumped a little but supplemented mostly with formula but when i went back to work at 10 weeks PP, i completely stopped. i am supposed to start my period in 4 days and my breasts feel really heavy and sore, so idk why i just felt the need to squeeze and very small drops of liquid started coming out, a whitish/clear color. could this be normal to still have milk coming out 3 years later or could i possibly be pregnant? 🥴
