Possibly early labor? Can’t tell

Does this sound like it could be early labor? Having contractions that are painful in my vagina and squeeze tight. They aren’t consistent and only last about 15-20 seconds. Been having them off and on since 4:30am.

They could also be Braxton hicks. It literally feels something is squeezing you down there and in my belly. Everything gets super tight to the point you can see babes position and it can be hard to breath. They last a few seconds and come and go. Contractions feel like straight period pains like your about to start your period any second and it some lower back cramping as well. They will at first be hard to time but if they are contractions they will start to come back to back. If its anything like that call your doctor.
