Symptoms coming and going?

Anybody else feel like your symptoms come and go day by day? I will have a day where I’m nauseous and exhausted for hours on end and just feel awful, and then the next two days nothing. I’m 7w1d and it’s been freaking me out because of the extremes. The only consistent thing is waking up to use the bathroom in the night and big, sore boobs. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I find my nausea really is directly related to how much rest I get. If I sleep well at night and take a nap during the day, I am a lot better. If I csnt nap that day (which is most
Days) or if I had trouble sleeping (again, very frequently) then I feel much sicker throughout the day

Yes, entirely normal! Our bodies are working hard to acclimate to hormones and stabilize levels hour by hour. And other factors can play a huge role, like hydration, nutrient uptake, blood sugar levels, etc. I can be concerning tho, when we feel miserable we want it to go away but when we feel fine we actually want to feel a bit sick. It’s a roller coaster!

I three up for 3 days straight every morning when I woke up. Then yesterday I was super nauseous but I didn’t throw up. And today I wasn’t even nauseous. I started taking b6 so maybe it’s finally helping but I’m so scared it means something bad

Yes me too which is apparently normal, but about a year ago I had a miscarriage and this happened where I had no symptoms after 7 weeks so I worry whenever I feel fine. This morning I got up feeling completely fine. Cleaned the whole house, started some projects, felt motivated, and by 3:00 started feeling absolutely miserable. Now I wish I could just go to sleep to get away from this hell

I am feeling the exact way. During week 6 I was constantly nauseous and could barley keep food down. I am 7 weeks 2 days and am feeling well. No nausea which makes me nervous. I am still tired, boobs are engorged and hurt but it just makes me feel so nervous.
