Out for this month

I am a week and a few days late for af.  I have gotten nothing but some super questionable faint positives since 10DPO so I was still holding out thinking maybe the tests just weren't picking up the HCG so I went in for a blood test yesterday and it confirmed that my HCG was less than 1.  I'm out.  😭  she said call back next week if I feel like I'm preg still but why?  I would be approximately 6 weeks today if I was pregnant so I should def be showing HCG in my system right?  Ugh...on to next month. 😞
