Cost to adopt??

I would LOVE to adopt.  But it is so damn expensive. Anyone here adopt?  How much did it all cost?  Anyone adopt out their baby?  What did the adoptive parents cover?

I personally haven't adopted (but I congratulate you!!! I am adopted myself, I totally support it!) but I know a friend who has. It depends on if you want a certain gender, race, etc. the adoption application itself is $2000, after that it plays by whatever you're comfortable with. She stuck with a white baby girl from the UK, which ended up to be around $10,000 after she was finished with everything, and it is an open adoption with her as well. I hope this helps!
