Implantation bleeding or period? 7dpo

Hi, so I came off my pill 3 and a half weeks ago. I am 7dpo. I have had very mild cramps for the past day or so. Today I had this in my knickers. Could it be implantation bleeding or an early AF? When should I test? I had a negative test this morning. Thank you ☺️
