So we’ve coslept since he was born (I had a csection and super bad post partum anxiety so it was just easier for us) he’s a year old now so we decided to start crib training. Well he did amazing with it, day 2 and he’s already sleeping through the night again. Me on the other hand, I’m having the worst mom guilt ever for some reason. I feel like he feels abandoned being alone in his room all night. Did anyone else go through this when they put their baby in the crib? 😩
