Did I have a miscarriage ??? (TMI WARNING)

I am confused if I had a miscarriage or not...I missed my period last month but I didn’t think anything of it because I take a couple different medications. Also birth control (pill) but two weeks ago I switched to the birth control shot But this week I’ve been spotting and cramping and today I actually started bleeding so I assumed it was my period until I felt something come out in so I checked and it was two globs of tissue with some blood. I’ve never had discharge like this. If anyone’s been through this and they know what’s going on please tell me I appreciate any help. Also my last period was JAN 4-8
