Miscarriage , Sex & Pregnancy’s?

So I had a miscarriage Feb 3 and had some bleeding, but I’ve also had sex a lot and I’ve had some spotting could that be my body getting back to normal or could I possibly be pregnant ? I been feeling nauseous lately and tired af but I have had so much sex that I lost count of the days and everything idk if I ovulated or conceived ?
