SPD/PGP UNMEDICATED birth stories?

Hi!

This is my third pregnancy and I’ve had severe severe pelvic pain despite daily exercise and my midwives and chiropractor and I have determined I have PGP. We’re pretty sure I had this same issue for my last pregnancy although it went undiagnosed.

I’m going to be having an out of hospital water birth for this second VBAC and I want to hear all of the POSITIVE birth stories other mamas have had who have also been diagnosed with SPD/PGP.
