Red tea leaf ?

Hi ladies anyone take red tea leaf to induce labor? If so, how long did it take and did it really work. Just wondering. I wanna start drinking it when I’m 39 weeks ☺️

J drank it with my first starting at 34 weeks.. don’t think it induces labor.. just prepares your uterus and allows for a faster labor. You can start drinking it sooner than 39 weeks!

If you mean raspberry leaf tea? It will not induce anything. I’ve been drinking several cups a day since 32weeks. It’s to help tone the uterus and prepare for labor thus (hopefully) making labor time shorter. You may experience some Braxton Hicks after drinking it but that’s about it. I’m 37weeks now up to 2-3 cups a day.

You can start drinking at 28 weeks. You start with one cup snd work your way up to 4 when it’s close to your due date. It is a myth that it induces labor. It only helps with painful contractions, strengthens your uterus, helps prevent hemorrhoids and helps shorten labor. I’ve been drinking it since 30 weeks. I’m now currently 37+2

I just drink a cup a day and I eat dates ( though the dates are covered in peanut butter and chocolate and blended together with oats) 😉

I’ve been drinking two cups a day since 32 weeks. But it doesn’t induce labour. It’s just helps your uterus for when you are in labour.

I bought it and have only gotten to have a cup of it so far but it tastes good, I guess we will see if it works or not once I go into labor.

If you want to get any benefits from the tea you have to start way easier then 39 weeks. It does induce labor
