Pain in pubic bone at 21 weeks?

The past 3 days I have had terrible pain in my pubic bone sometimes it’s constant sometimes it’s when I walk. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and she said my cervix was a little short and I was also spotting a little a few days ago. Could this be from my cervix being to short ??

Sounds like SPD - symphysis pubis dysfunction. It’s absolutely miserable. I’ve had it since about 30 weeks and it’s ruined my pregnancy. 
Some things that help:
- A chiropractor 
- Bouncing on a yoga ball instead of sitting on hard chairs
- a belly band to take some pressure off your pelvis 
- Sleeping with a pillow tucked up into your crotch and between your knees while keeping your knees level at all times. 
- Sit down to put on pants/underwear and avoid movements where you use one leg
- listen to your body when it tells you to rest. Overdoing it on one day absolutely wipes me out for the next.

I had pain in my pelvis with my first pregnancy after pushing a heavy box with my foot🙄😣. Right at the symphysis where your pubic bones meet. And I developed it earlier on with my second pregnancy now too. Look up spd. It’s really painful and there’s not much you can do for it besides rest often. Sometimes icing it helps me. I don’t have any issues with my cervix or spotting, but I can’t definitely related to the pubic pain.
